Rapture Found In The Heart of Sydney28.01.2010

As anticipation for the upcoming smash hit, BioShock 2, reaches fever pitch: 2K Games recently flew some special guests into Sydney for an exclusive BioShock 2 Media Event. In attendance were four of the talented individuals behind the creation of BioShock 2: these were Kent Hudson, Senior Systems Designer from 2K Marin, and from Marin's sister studio, 2K Australia, we hosted Alex Vancomerbeck, Level Designer, Martin Slater, Studio Director and Anthony Lawrence, Studio General Manager.

Loads of games journalists came along to the Park Hyatt Hotel and were given an exclusive preview presentation of the game - a level created by the 2K Australia team. Afterwards, each were given the rare chance to delve into the minds of those behind the game.

Those on hand were also delighted with the BioShock 2 inspired cupcakes, each adorned with a different plasmid power from the game, which tasted as fantastic as they looked!

BioShock 2 will be released on February the 9th 2010, and will be available for the PC, Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3.
